Weekly Theme:"Wine & Roses" (May 11, 2005)

This week's piece is a pair of earrings with a different kind of design where the earwire itself is decorated with beads that are continued down into the dangle. These are two-tone in 14KGF and Sterling silver with Bali style beads. They look much better hanging than laying but the camera seems to be somewhere else so I used the scanner.

I have managed to complete these 38 weeks of jewelry pieces on time, but now I have been diagnosed with CT and apparently, I am beyond mere preventive measures and physical therapy. I am not sure what's going to become of my YOJ, since even the wrapped loops on these earrings were painful to complete. Still, I need to hope for the best; if worse comes to worst, perhaps I can string and teach H to crimp. *g* Or play with metal clay?

Apparently, many of the YOJ team have succumbed to surgeries and injuries lately. I send you all healing energies as well.
